Star Princess

Posting this from home because unfortunately I am sick...I was sick before Sakura-con, during and after! Sakura-con was fun, and the weather was so nice and I got to see lots of people, but I definitely would have enjoyed it more if I wasn't so sick...also I got major blisters from my shoes as well as cramps, so I was sick head to toe! GAH!

But either way, I was happy with all my costumes in the end and I really enjoyed being Princess Rosalina! kolibri-chan really really wanted to cosplay the Mario Kart biker suits and I was a little hesitant to wear a white fitted body suit ... but I love the bright colours and all the cool details on the costume so of course I agreed. We got to do some fun crafting with these costumes for the crowns, broaches and earrings. We did some resin casting which was really cool and I definitely want to do more of that for future costumes.
